Yamaha PM2000 problems

I need a little help trouble-shooting my PM2000.

The main problem is that program buses 1, 2, and 5 are not working. Nothing comes out at the insert out or through the matrix channels. The VUs are showing a very faint signal, but nothing is audible.

I have cleaned out the connectors with isopropanol and applied Stt-22 to no avail.

Another (minor) problem is that the lights for the on/off switches for channel 1 through 20 are not working, even though the channel is routing audio fine (except to above mentioned program buses). After a while (half an hour or so) the lights will come on.

Can this be related to the program bus issue issue? Where and how should I start working this? The "backplane" jumper wires? Could it be a power supply issue, or bad caps in the program buses?
