Adcom GFA 545 II Picking up radio stations lots of RFI with NS-10s

So I've just picked up a Adcom GFA 545 II to use with my NS-10's, it sounds amazing, except it's picking up a lot of RFI... I can hear radio voices through my monitors when I turn the amp on. Does anyone know why the inputs on this amp are RCA unbalanced? Also the amp isn't grounded... It only has a 2 prong AC cord.

I've tried lots of things but I think it's related to the unbalanced input cables. The 1/4 to RCA cables from my interface are about 6 foot long. If I unplug the RCA input cables on the Adcom the noise goes away, which leads me to believe the cables are acting as some sort of antenna.

I've tried everything I can, I really need some help! I have some electronics experience and have been soldiering my entire life. I can't find any schematics of the GFA 545 II. Are there any mods possible to maybe balance the inputs of this amp or any type of possible fix? Or any clever type of way to shield the input cables? Jim Williams are you out there?

Thanks in advance for any help, tips and suggestions.
