Replacement TI Snow knobs (or good way to clean them)

The previous owner of this Virus TI Snow clearly never washed his hands. The knobs are pretty grody. They're rubber, though, and the dirt seems pretty well ground in. It's not *horrible* but it's a bit of a turn off for sure.

Any idea if replacement knob caps can be ordered anywhere? Or, any good suggestions on ways to clean them without ruining the rubber?

Pete
