Making a demo...

I am producing my own demo CD.
I want to put 13 songs (Urban music) on this demo of mine.
I am working on writing like 30 songs but none of them a completely done to be recorded but am close to finishing my first one ''Do Ray Me'' which I am planning on using as my first single... featuring one of my friends.
I am also featuring some of my other friends who are really talented singers and they are also helping me write some songs
I am also going to help producing a demo for a band, maybe even two for some friends of mine.
I am also helping them write some songs for their demo.
They also want 13/14 tracks of their own for their demo.
I have a friend who will be helping me make a few music videos for 4/5 of the songs for few for advertising...
But the thing is I don't know how to arrange a CD....?
Like how to arrange the song numbers? By alphabet? Just random?
And where should the singles be put in the list? What songs should be the singles?
I also don't know how to advertise my stuff?
I am going to put the demo into as many record labels as I can but i want to make some money off it and I believe I can do this...
But am not afraid to admit I need some help!

Put them in order from best to worst.

I'm not an expert or anything but that makes the most sense to me. Also from what I've heard, demos don't have 13 or 14 tracks. Usually like 4 or 5.

Consider doing a 4-5 song version to send off to labels.

Trust me. It's always better to leave someone wanting more.
