KEyboard/Interface Combo?

Hi guys,
I travel a lot and do primarily radio production and remixing work.

The two main bits of gear I need are a keyboard (49 keys or more) and a USB audio interface.

Firewire isn't an option here as its being phased out.

ANyway I would like a keyboard that combines an audio interface and Midi keyboard together?

Ideally the keyboard should have a phantom powered mic pre, 24 bit audio and have more than 49 keys.

The ONLY thing that I'm able to find is the Novation Xiosynth and Xstation?
I would happily get one of these, but I have questions about their reliability.

Are there any other options? Line6 make a keyboard thing that would be perfect if it only had more than 37 keys...
The roland Juno Gi would be perfect if it had a 24 bit audio interface...
All the M-audio combos are 16 bit for some stoopid reason...
The Yamaha MOX series don't have mic pres....

Anyone know of any other possible candidates?

Thanks!
