Hi, How do i update my little phatty 1 to the latest version it has no USB.

You can upload the upgrade via DIN MIDI using a USB-MIDI computer interface. Follow the help instructions in the uploader application that you downloaded with your upgrade.

I don't know, I've never done this upgrade. I've got the latest revision of Little Phatty.

I upgraded mine by MIDI. Think it took about 10 mins, maybe less.

The LP did seem fussy about the midi interface I was using. It failed with one interface but worked okay with another. Best not to try just before an important gig or something, just in case!

Worth upgrading though. Lots of extra features including the excellent arpeggiator which has some extra settings in the latest OS.

glide only on legato notes
velocity to volume mapping
ability to filter what midi CCs are sent from the panel or not
full 14-bit MIDI in and out for all critical parameters
LFO retrigger on key press
possibly some more MIDI clock sync divisions, I forget
maybe more stuff too - there is documentation included with the update

Also you can buy the USB jack board as a field upgrade and literally upgrade your non-USB LP Stage 1 to a Stage II with USB, if you want to go that route. I think it's less than a hundred bucks.
