Based on the jacks on the back, this pic (as rendered on my laptop screen in Gearspace post preview) appears to be close to actual size. Smaller than a Roland SH-4d (got one sitting right here, just looked at it for comparison), bigger than an Aira Compact. Not sure of the actual size of Volcas, but maybe this is a tad bigger?
Tiny tiny screen, like an inch across? SH-4d's screen is bigger.
I guess for someone wanting Waldorf wavetables in a small package, this would be good for them. Not a good sound design synth though unless there's a good computer editor.
When tweaking sounds, what are the things I usually reach for the most? Filter cutoff and resonance, and envelopes. This thing needs envelope knobs.
