I've designed a set of 3D printable mounts for putting a 001602D series OLED in the Roland D-110. These mounts compensate for the OLED display being thinner and also offset to the left compared to the original LCD. With these mounts the OLED ends up nicely centered.

Roland D-110 001602D OLED Mount by raybellis - Thingiverse
[NB: please note the license - you are free to use these for personal projects, but not to duplicate them commercially].
Suitable OLEDs are the Winstar WEH001602D and the (identical) Raystar REC001602D. I strongly suspect that Vishay's 85x30mm size displays are compatible too, but I've never used one.
Note that the Winstar and Raystar 1602D displays need pins 1 and 2 reversed - for some reason those units have 5V on pin 1 instead of on the conventional HD44780 pin 2.
