I'm guessing there is someway to get this on the AKAI Force?

I would like to contribute, but the Force doesn't have the software. I can't quite figure out the correct looping points, but I've gotten some cool sounds out of the JU06a as well as some polyish wavetable things from the e352 in eurorack.

Any tips on how to get good sounding keygroups out of autosample? I'd like to contribute to this excellent thread at some point.

Why hello there...

To use in the Force just unzip the XPN and drop the folder on an SD/HD/USB...the force will see it


Keygroups are such a personal preference...if its analogue I do one stride, digital 2-4. Pads I set to 6 ms with long tails...just experiment on shorter samples

Yamaha TG33

-Recorded through Mogami Gold Cables into Focusrite Clarett.
-Recorded with the Autosample feature in the MPC Software.
-Recorded carefully to avoid any clipping. Used a consistent volume level for all voices.

-Every preset from the TG33 is in the "Presets" folder.
-I included a few additional voices in the "Extras" folder.

-For the Drumkits and a few other voices, I autosampled every single note.
-To save space on some other voices, I only recorded every 6th note.
-Playing them back in the MPC software, I think it sounds close enough.

-I was generous with the amount of time each note is held down.
-I was generous with the amount recorded after each note is released, to make sure to capture everything.
-You may want to go through and delete the silence at the end of some samples.
-If you do that, please re-upload it and share!


+++ There are only a couple Drumkits, but as far as I know, they are unique to the TG33.

I was thinking turning a morphing oscillator into sampled poly morphing thing of sorts could be cool.

Is it possible to create in expansion pack in the force considering that I don't have the mpc software?

Any tips on getting the crossfade right?
