just installed the most recent version (Dec 2019)

it looks much updated from its earlier versions. trying to navigate my way around it, not sure how it works yet. quite like the dos-like style now - but probably found it offputting back then.

anyone using/used this? quick tips, while i read the manual?
want to batch-generate EIII format bank files from wavs, using templates, for use with an Esi4000. same for soundfonts.

have to figure out how to set default source and destination folders.
navigation is great, but still a bit confusing because i'm not yet 100% sure of what each option means - first look - so i ended up getting lost and paddling 'esc' to get back to the main menu.

is EIII the same as Esi? does it have primary/secondary? soundfont doesn't, of course. can emxp do anything with layer parameters?(velocity, etc.)

(basically it's about chucking together a load of samples quickly ready for dropping in the sampler, set up in programs (banks), with as much automation in generating the file as possible, with onboard tweaking afterwards.)
