Melodyne Region FX - do other DAWs have something similar

Wanting to migrate to another DAW because of compatibility issues with other collaborators, but I love the Melodyne RegionFX. It's fantastic to split a small audio clip and just fix that tiny part instead of loading a whole track into a separate interface. I've even used it to convert audio lines to MIDI here and there. I use it on most projects.

Do other DAWs have a similar feature, or is this just Sonar?

You can do that in Logic also.

How about Windows based DAWs? Should have been clearer.

About a dozen different DAWs are ARA compatible now. As far as something like region FX, probably not. Studio one comes with melodyne essential with the software. I've found it to be similar, just haven't switched over yet. With most big name DAWs you can use melodyne though.
