32 kgm3 versus 48kgm3

Hi Im looking at this aircon liner board for building my panels http://www.summerkingac.com/products/Clean%20Liner.pdf

And from what I have read thought I should get the 48kg stuff but if you scroll down to the absorbtion comparasions the 32kg seems better at all freq...? what do you recomend?

Im also going to use this product doubled up to 200mil
http://www.forman.co.nz/upload/pdf_d...ahush%20dl.pdf for my control room for peace of mind safety sake....anyone had any experiance with similar product?
regards.

Hm no replies.....I guess I will go with the glass with the best absorption ....will have to check its rigidity tho.

The other product I have found is Autex AAB 35-50 (its details are on the bobgolds site)which seems to have great specs for a polyester product...not sure how rigid it is tho....
gotta stop talking to myself.....4 months building a studio will do that to ya

Heres the Autex AAB 35-50 SPECS

AAB 35-50*
0.45

0.85
1.00
0.95
0.95
1.00
0.90
35kg/m3
50
The first figure is 125hz then 250,500 etc

The 32 kg kcl cleanliner is 0.37 for 125hz and 0.92 for 250hz and pretty much 1.0 or so for the higher freq
The 48kg is 0.30 125hz and 0.85 for 250hz and always slightly less absorbent for higher ffreq compared to the 32kg
The polyester AAB 35-50 is nearly twice the price of 32kg glass and a little bit more absorbent in the low freq but not quite as good .
Im guessing any of these products will be ok
