Windows 7 PT 10 optimized question

So I get my new computer, go through PT 10 handbook and do all the optimization steps they want me to.
All of a sudden my taskbar at the bottom switches and looks like Windows 98 - classic view.

I am also installing adobe so I can do some videos and picture editing, whats the best optimization for the two and how can I get my Windows 7 taskbar back?!
