MIDI mystery in Logic X

Hi
I have encountered this error twice the last 14 days.
I record a midi track. In this recording I'm playing a B2. When played back the B2 is played as a Eb2!

If I export the midi track, it plays perfect in Pro Tools and Cubase. If I create a new region in any track in the song and record the phrase again it sounds okay, but after a while any B2 in that region will play as a Eb2.
I have checked all the midi outs and filtering possibilities that I know of but this one I can't understand.

Here is a short video about it: MIDI out error in LogicX - YouTube
